TJ CONSULTANCY can provide services to its valued clients in two non-mutually exclusive ways; through a Retainer Mandate and/or a Project Specific Mandate.
In this approach, TJ CONSULTANCY will represent a client organisation as an extension of its business operations and functions. This begins with a complete understanding of the client’s situation, objectives and constraints. We then represent the client quietly and confidentially, sifting through its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as is appropriate to the client and representing it in defined scope of tasks and functions.
In this approach, TJ CONSULTANCY will propose and bill clients on per-project and per-milestone basis. Project specific mandates offer our clients a means to harness specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and implement plans.
TJ CONSULTANCY may enter into special contracts for specific projects whose scope of services fall outside the scope of services agreed in the retainer mandate.
