He is an experienced banking, finance, investment, and operations professional with over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining TJ Consultancy Inc., Mr. Settro worked in various professional capacities with leading institutions including UNOPS, UNICEF, USAID, NRC, and Ecobank Liberia. During his tenure at Ecobank, he held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Treasury and Global Markets, Director of Global Corporate Sales and Global Markets, Country Head of Institutional Banking, and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking. He has extensive knowledge and practical experience in structuring financial securities, investment management, treasury operations, financial markets, and trading across domestic, sub-regional, and international money and capital markets. His expertise also extends to financial reconciliation, operations analysis, asset protection, and institutional financial management. Mr. Settro has received substantial professional training across Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America in banking and asset management principles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Ghana, and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Liberia Graduate School of Finance. In addition to his role at TJ Consultancy Inc., he currently serves as Financial Reconciliation Manager / Lead Operations Analyst at Target Corporation. He also holds graduate certifications in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineering from CodeSignal, as well as a Cybersecurity Certificate in Enterprise Asset Protection from Pluralsight Network.
